Image based on a scene from the 2018 Palestinian film Samouni Road directed by Stefano Savona. A documentary / animated film exploring survivor experience of tragedy and their process of slowly rebuilding family life from the fragments of memory. My written piece for LC3 exhorts the reader to seek out Palestinian Cinema for its truth telling and insights that go much deeper than most available media representations.
